Ngā Tuara Whakamarumaru: Māori Growth Strategy Staff Training

This staff training module is designed to empower Te Whare Hauora Ōtautahi Women’s Refuge kaimahi to give effect to the Ngā Tuara Whakamarumaru Māori Growth Strategy. The program covers revitalising tikanga Māori in daily service delivery, ensuring wāhine Māori, tamariki, and whānau have access to culturally appropriate and healing services, and building organisational capability and sector collaboration. Staff will learn practical ways to implement strategic actions, foster whānau engagement, support healing, and collaborate with partner agencies. The module includes interactive learning, real-world scenarios, and a quiz to reinforce key concepts.
