This online training module is designed for Te Whare Hauora Ōtautahi Women’s Refuge staff to understand and implement the 2025/26 Strategic Plan. The program covers the organisation’s vision, values, strategic themes, and measures of success. Staff will learn how their roles contribute to high-performing, culturally grounded services for Māori women and whānau. The module includes interactive content, practical examples, and a quiz to reinforce understanding. By the end, staff will be equipped to align their daily work with the strategic direction and kaupapa of Te Whare Hauora.
