This staff training module is designed to guide Te Whare Hauora staff in the effective, ethical, and culturally grounded use of AI within Recordbase notes and refuge work. Participants will learn when and how to use AI tools, understand legal considerations, and explore the strengths and weaknesses of AI from a Māori world view, including potential conflicts with tikanga Māori. The program aims to empower staff to make informed decisions, uphold best practices, and maintain the integrity of Māori values in their work.
