Staff Induction Programme Refresher

This private, self-paced induction refresher program is designed for all staff (kaimahi) of Te Whare Hauora Ōtautahi Women’s Refuge. Over five days, participants will revisit key organisational values, cultural safety, health and safety protocols, client confidentiality, mandatory reporting, Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and violence-free practice. The program includes role-specific modules, reflective practice, and supervision, ensuring staff are confident, culturally grounded, and aligned with NCIWR Standards of Practice and Quality Service Standards (QSS).
